Multi-Foundry and Multi Process

January 2025 – AI Platform Validated Across Multi-Foundry and Multi-Process Environments

Introduction

RapidRF’s AI-driven design automation successfully completed multiple RFIC tape-outs across different foundries and semiconductor processes, including a high-power GaN Power Amplifier (PA). This achievement demonstrates the platform’s adaptability and intelligence in handling complex, multi-technology RFIC design challenges — all enabled by AI-based optimization, auto-layout, and model-aware learning algorithms

Driver amplifiers designed with WIN Semiconductor foundry processes enable AI-driven designs up to 50 GHz and beyond.
