At EuMW 2024 in Paris, RapidRF, in collaboration with Miller MMIC, achieved a historic milestone by successfully completing the first-ever AI-generated RF MMIC tape-out. The AI-designed Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) was fabricated using industry-standard PDKs, and performance was benchmarked against human-designed circuits.
